D2D and Double Delight Summer Fun!

Faith sent us the cutest image of a cat for this week's progressive challenge at Designed 2 Delight. Here it is:

And over at Double Delight (the sister challenge) we were given instructions to use summer colors on our creation. This is what I came up with:

I used my Spellbinder scalloped circle to cut out the image and the circle behind it. Papers are from We R the Memory Keepers and DCWV. I used Copic markers to color the image. A Martha Stewart punch was used to cut the butterflies and I used a glitter pen to outline the butterflies and dot the inner circle on the flower. All in all: a very summery feel to the card I think!
