All this weekend Jellypark Friends is having a blog hop and we hope you will come along. We are having a hop in order to let you all know about the special program that Claire (the owner and designer for Jellypark Friends)has earmarked as our charity for this year. On the Jellypark Friends store site you will find an area(click here) of special images where all the monies from their sales goes to this special charity.
Little Havens Children's Hospice cares for life-limited children and their families throughout the journey of their illness. (If you live in the U.S.A. it is kind of like our Ronald McDonald Houses here.) Check out their web page here. I decided to use the sweet Thank You girl to work with for this hop. Isn't she a cutie?

Such a cute card - like the heart and cute stamps in your give away photo. Most of my cards go to OWH but I also like to make cards for different card drives. The last one was Christmas cards for residents in nursing homes.
This is so adorable. Love the colours!! I have two charities that are colse to my heart... The Royal Children's Hospital as my son has to go there regulalry for his eyes and the The Breast cancer Fooundation as my Nan recently passed away from Breast cancer!!

Your card is soo cute! I love the heart die cut!
As a mom to a young son I am a big supporter of Ronald McDonald house. There is nothing more heart wrenching to a parent than a sick child. Luckily I've never had to stay there, but I am thankful that it exists and proudly support it.
Thanks for the chance to win.
