Have a Mice Day!

Another awesome digital image from Faith! This week Designed 2 Delight gave this cute image to work with. I used a new Spellbinders pendant set that I just bought yesterday to frame it with. I love how it turned out. I also used a green marker to "faux" stitch around the border of the white card. For the Double Delight challenge this week, you were to use buttons and a bit of blue... I got a little carried away and made blue the main background...cause I thought it looked the best to bring attention to the center of the flower... I added a button with craft thread in the middle of the flower. To be honest...I forgot about the buttons when I first did this card...look below...

But I was able to rectify the situation by adding some. And I guess it looks like one of the cards in the Paper Crafts magazine. You know... when they show you the first card...simply done and then they "take it up a notch"? My card with the buttons certainly took it up a notch! I like how it turned out. Thanks for looking and be sure to leave me some lovin'. Have a great week everyone!

This is so cute! Great colors and I love the die you used. It is such a great look and is perfect with your image.

( I have a different pendant die, love the look but it doesn't cut cleanly... all the little pieces get stuck. Do you have tips for using the pendent?)
