Hi everyone! I am so sorry this is just posting but life has been hectic around my house!
Our challenge at Cardz TV this time is to use card sketch #10,# 11, or # 12 with the theme of Christmas!
I used #12 with one of Mary's stamp sets, "Gingerbread Christmas" to create the gingerbread man, sentiment and the hot cocoa! What a great stamp set!
Go over to Cardz TV and check out all of the wonderful cards made by my team mates and then join in the fun!
Happy Holidays everyone!
Paper Possibilities..."Toadily Handmade" A place to come and visit with me and maybe learn a thing or two! So pull up a chair and grab a cup of "Joe" and enjoy your visit! Come back often and see what's new... " But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect."

Winter Card Sketch Challenge
This time around at CardzTV our challenge is for you to create a "Winter Card" using either one of the sketches below:
Here is what I have created using sketch # 7
What I love about using Mary sketches is that they are a great "starting point" to make me think "outside" the normal designs. I took the basic idea of the sketch and just "tweaked" it a bit to where I liked how it looked!
My snowman and sentiment were done using the stamp set called, "Winter Cheer" from Cardz TV and the Penguin was done using the stamp set" Just Chillin" from CardzTV. I used some embossing powder for the sentiment to give it a nice raised effect and also embossed the three small snowflakes around the sentiment.(Also from the stamp set).
My papers are from Recollections.I used my Cuddlebug and a Darice embossing folder to make the blue "dotted swiss" background.
Please check out all of the other great cards at CardzTV and then give our challenge a try. It is so much fun!
Have a blessed weekend everyone...

My base is a kraft card base from Recollections and the designer paper is from Hobby Lobby.
Come on over to CardzTV and check out all of the cards created by the Design Team and then try your hand at our challenge. You could be the winner of a new stamp set!

Cardz TV Sketch Challenge #4
Hi everyone ! This time the sketch challenge at Cardz TV is to create a "thank you" card using either sketch below:
I decided to use sketch # 9 after I created this pretty fall collection of leaves and acorns in Design Space ! I knew I wanted to use it on a card.
I used a sentiment from "Heartfelt Wishes" from Cardz TV to finish off the front of the card. I really love using the sketches to create cards as it is a "starting point" when my creativity seems stalled. Check out all of the other creations at Cardz TV and then join in the challenge. You just might become the lucky winner of a stamp set from Cardz TV !

CardzTV Sketch Challenge #3
Hello everyone ! Halloween is around the corner so this time our sketch challenge at Cardz TV is to create a Halloween card using one of our sketches below:
The sketch I decided to use was the sketch on the left. I created my card using a monster image that I created with the "Autumn Celebrations" Cricut cartridge. My papers were from some of my older papers in my stash. The kraft paper is from Recollections. I used Memento Black Ink to stamp my images. I used a stamp to create the extra eyes on my card. The eye stamp is from the Cardz TV set entitled "Let's Face It". I stamped and then cut them out to add to my card front. The sentiment is from another Cardz TV set entitled, "Frankly Frightful".Using a black Sharpie fine point pen to make a pattern around the edge of the kraft paper. Here is my card:
Why not go over to Cardz TV and check out all of the wonderful cards created by the rest of the design team...Then plan on joining in the fun! You just might win a great new stamp set from Cardz TV ! Have a great weekend everyone and enjoy this great Autumn weather !

Cardz TV sketch challenge # 2
Hi everyone! I am back again with another sketch challenge for you. This time we have 2 different sketches that you may choose to work with:
sketch 3
or
sketch 4
I chose to use sketch #4 and here is what I created:
I took a little liberty with the oval frame and made it a little bit different proportions but I think that's what you should do. The sketches are wonderful for the overall idea but it was fun to put my own "spin on it" !
I cut out a couple of pumpkins that I stamped first with a set from Close to My Heart. I then popped them up with foam tape and added them to my fun papers. The sentiment came next from a Cardz TV stamp set stamped with ink from Stamping'Up.
I have used the "Merry Everything" stamp set from Cardz TV to create the sentiment for this card. I love that I used a stamp set that was created for use around the Christmas holiday and was able to apply it to an "Autumn" theme! These stamps from Cardz TV are so wonderful! I used a Sisix die to create my 3 flowers that I then placed seed beads in the middle of for a final touch to the card front.I really had fun making this card!
So if you can find time in your Fall schedule we would love to have you join us for our challenge ! Check out all of the great cards created by the design team at Cardz TV and then try your hand at the challenge. You just might turn out to be the owner of a wonderful new stamp set from Cardz TV !

Hi Strangers !
I must say first that I apologize for taking the whole summer off! I have had such an active end of school year and it ran right smack dab into my summer activities...
I hope you will accept my apology and I hope all of you are doing well and enjoying your summer also!
This summer found me giving a baby shower for my niece, going to Las Vegas, Nevada and in Sarasota Florida. Last weekend I was also in Windsor Ontario Canada for a family reunion on my hubby's side. All in all...a very busy, fast paced but fun summer!
Stay tuned for more posts very soon ...

Butterflies, Birds & Bees
Hello everyone from sunny Florida! I am posting this while on my trip to Florida to get my son settled in his new condo after his move from our home in Amherst NY ! Hard to believe that in just one more short day my hubby and I will drive away and leave him here in Florida (insert lots of sobbing and tears here). On the bright side he has a wonderful new job for the county of Sarasota which I think he will love <3 Now on to my post... Today at Cardz TV we are challenging you to create a card using either a bird, bees or butterflies.
I created my card using the sweet Hello Kitty cartridge and found one with her dressed as a bumblebee! I made this card for one of my students in my classroom who will be turning 4 soon. I used the Cardz TV stamp entitled: "Birds & Bees".

Cardz TV Pattern Paper Challenge
Hi everyone! I can't believe that two weeks have gone by so quickly! Today our challenge at Cardz TV is for you to use 3 different pattern papers in your card! I decided to make a pocket card and used a sweet Penguin digital stamp from Oak Tree Stamps. My sentiments are of course all from Cardz TV ! Here is my card...
and here is a peek at the inside of it...
I used papers from a 6 x 6 Colorbok paper pack called "Hootenanny. My stamps are all from the same Cardz TV stamp set called, "Good Times". I love this stamp set as it is so versatile!
I have popped up my penguin with the balloon and my polka dot balloon with pop dots. I have used baker's twine for the balloon strings also. I loved using the rick-rack trim on my card too! I had such fun putting this card together. I will be giving it to my daughter today for her 39th birthday! Hard to believe that I have a child who is 39 years old(after all I am only 50! LOL).
Check out our challenge at Cardz TV and then join in our fun! Here is one more look at my card...

Birthday Challenge
Here we are at the next challenge for CardzTV. This time we have a birthday challenge for you all! I used a sweet svg image to create my cupcake and then some pretty stickles to highlight it with a sweet face from the "Let's Face It" set from CardzTV. I also added some paper hearts that I cut from a piece of designer paper I had in my stash. My sentiment is from Cardz TV "Sugar Rush" stamp set.
Here is the inside of my card using another stamp from a different CardzTV stamp set.
This time I used one of the sentiments from the "Good Times" stamp set. I found some sweet valentines stickers from the Dollar Tree store that I added as a border to the bottom inside of the card.

CardzTV Challenge Time !
I am so happy that the new year and the new challenges have started once again at CardzTV ! I sure am ready to have some fun and I bet all of you are too!
This time our first challenge is to create a card for Valentine's Day. I did a card with a different "feel" to it I think. Instead of using the normal pinks and reds that are usually associated with Valentine's Day I made my main color blue. Here is what I created:
I used 2 different stamp sets to create the front of this card. My sentiment is from a stamp set from CardzTV entitled,"It's All Good". I also stamped those cute little blue hearts using a stamp from CardzTV's "Planner Basics" set. There are so many wonderful little images from this set that even if you don't use a planner you will have lots of uses for them. Here is the stamp set:
My hot air balloon is from an svg file from Miss Kate Cuttables. I love her svg files !
Now onto the inside of my card...
I used another balloon from Miss Kate Cuttables here. Two different sentiments from CardzTV finish off the inside of my card. The "Valentine's Day" sentiment is from the "Happy Days" stamp[ set one of my favorites of my stamp sets. The other sentiment,"I'd be lost without you" is from the newest stamp set over at CardzTV entitled "Love ya". Here is a look at the stamp set:
So...go on over to CardzTV and check out all of the wonderful cards made by my team mates and then try your hand at our challenge ! Have a great day and a greater weekend as we say "goodbye" to January!
