Buzzing around

Hi everyone! Just wanted to share a card I created using a stamp set from CardzTV. I simply love their stamp sets!

I colored the stamped images with my Copic markers and then "fussy cut" them out. I then placed them on white then on my pattern paper and finally to my card base. A few little sequins and asome pop dots and my card was finished!

Summer is Slowing Down...

Hi everyone! I have had such a crazy summer so haven't been here much to post.
My son got married on August 4th and it was a magical day!

I am so happy for them and now look forward to visiting when we go to Florida...
I helped to prepare for the wedding by creating  a lot of their "props" ( wood sign above included).

 This was done with barn wood tongue and groove boards then painted the gray color. Used my Explore to cut out the vinyl to add. This was used for friends and family to sign and will be displayed in the newlyweds home. They met and dated in Buffalo, NY and then moved to Sarasota, FL so that is the reason for the states...

I did this sign to welcome everyone to their wedding. Again I used vinyl so it could be done ahead of time...

I had so much fun!

August MKC Challenge

It's time for a new challenge over on the Miss Kate's Facebook Group.

August  Challenge is "Anything Goes ".

The requirements for the challenge is to follow the theme of the month and use a Miss Kate Cuttables' file in your creation, including any/all freebies you have.

The challenge will run from the second Tuesday through the 4th Tuesday of each month.  Winners will be announced, in the group, Friday of challenge end week.

Here is what I created...A wooden sign for my sun porch. I used card stock to create the sign using a MKC svg file and then laminated it so I can use it every summer!

UNDER THE SEA

Under the sea...under the sea...life is much better, down where its wetter.. take it from me!
LOL I love the Little Mermaid movie and our challenge this month at Miss Kate Cuttables reminded me of the move. The challenge for June is :
"Sea Creatures". So go and check out what all of my fellow design team members have created and then try your hand at the challenge :)

TIME TO PLAY!

I used some pop dots to elevate this darling little SVG skunk file from MKC and an action wobble to make that cute sentiment wiggle around when you touch it!

MARCH MKC CHALLENGE

Hello everyone !
I wanted to share the birthday card that I created using a Miss Kate Cuttables SVG print and cut file.

This card came together in no time using the print and cut SVG file! If you don't have time to cut each color out with your die cutting machine this is a great option! I layered the papers behind it using a Spellbinders die to make the "sewing marks" on the black and green layers. Two different stamps were used to stamp my birthday sentiments from CardzTV. It really did come together quickly !

February MKC Challenge !

I placed my white card onto a slightly larger designer paper as the base of it. I also used my Cuttlebug and a folder to make the impression on the front of my card. I love the file I used as there are 2 different deer heads to use.
